And it is precisely to this millenary tradition and its land of origin that Amura wants to pay tribute with the new PANIS collection. What tells immediately the project essence is the pouf, where there is a clear reminder of the Altamura bread cuts made on the dough and that, with rising,determine the classic shape. The bold and essential lines, though never strict, recall the stamps historically used by each family from Altamura to mark their loaves, fascinating hand-carved wooden artifacts that create a clear link between design, nature and ancestral knowledge.
